Mr. Malone started training in Gracie/Brazilian jiu-jitsu while being stationed in Naval Hospital GTMO, Cuba in 1998. After the first class he was hooked. Then a year later he moved to San Diego, CA where he met Carlos Valente and trained there for 6 months. Mr. Malone would eventually leave the west coast the same year and head east to Naval Medical Center Bethesda, MD where for the remainder of his time trained in GJJ/BJJ for another 5 years until he departed to Rota, Spain in 2005. In 2006 Mr. Malone befriended Professor Pedro Sauer and has stayed loyal ever since.
Mr. Malone is currently a Respiratory Therapist in the U.S. Navy, and resides in the European theater. He is honored to represent one of Gracie jiu-jitsu’s most prestige professors and uphold the standards of the Pedro Sauer Gracie jiu-jitsu Association. |
